Snap Action Rotary Bridging Tap Changer (41C)

Used for switching the tap positions on HV windings to adjust the voltage for Small Power transformers.

Half Moon Bridging Tap Changer (40B)

Used for switching the tap positions on windings to adjust the voltage for Large Distribution Transformers.

  • 110kV BIL, 150kV BIL, 200 kV BIL & 250 kV BIL,
  • Five (5) position
  • 200, 400, 600, 700, 800 AMPs.
  • With standard or Flexible Universal joint
  • With T handle and index plate
  • Bolt threaded studs

Linear Type Series Parallel (22L)

Used in Small and Medium Power Transformers for connecting portion of windings (usually HV Windings ) in series or parallel connection to change transformer ratio.

  • 95kV BIL, 125, kV BIL, and 200 kV BIL up to 250 kV BIL
  • Two (2) position (series/parallel)
  • One (1) to Three (3) columns phases

Linear Type Bridging Style Tap Changer (45L)

Used for switching the tap positions on windings to adjust the voltage for Large Distribution & Small Power Transformers.

  • From 110, up to 350 kV BIL
  • Five (5) or Seven (7) position
  • 200, 400, or 600 AMPs.
  • With Geneva mechanism.

Linear Type Bridging Style Tap Changer (46L)

Used for switching the tap positions on windings to adjust the voltage for Large Distribution & Small Power Transformers.

  • 30 – 200 kV BIL
  • 500 to 2000 manually operated or
  • up to 6000 motor operated
  • 2 to 13 positions

Series Parallel (22B)

Used in Small and Medium Power Transformers for connecting windings (usually HV) in series or parallel connection to change transformer ratio.

  • 125, kV BIL, and 150 kV BIL up to 200 kV BIL
  • 500 AMPs
  • Two (2) position (series/parallel)
  • One (1) to Three (3) phases

Delta Wye (26B)

Used in Small and Medium Power Transformers for connecting windings in Delta or WYE connection to change transformer ratio.

  • 125, kV BIL, and 150 kV BIL
  • 500 Amps to 2000 Amps
  • Two (2) position
  • 36 deg. or 72 deg. rotation T- handle with pad lock or pull to turn.

Dual Voltage (24B)

 

  • 150 kV BIL or 200 kV BIL
  • 500 Amp to 850 Amps , (per deck)
  • Two (2) position Three (3) phase (3, 6 or 9 decks)
  • Side wall mount with right angle gearbox.
  • With Universal Joint, Gear Box
  • 36 or 72 degree rotation

Grounding Network Switches

Used on network transformers for disconnecting the primary feeder from the transformer and connecting incoming feeder to the ground.

  • 95kV BIL, 125, kV BIL, and 200 kV BIL
  • Two (2) position (open/ground) or Three (3) position (open/closed/ground)
  • Side wall mount, with welded or bolted front plate.
  • Single or Double solenoids.
  • Magnetic break assembly on closed contact,
  • Phase sequence grounding.

Bladed – Bridging & Common Center (43B)

  • 30 – 200 kV BIL
  • 500 to 2000 manually operated or
  • up to 6000 motor operated
  • 2 to 13 positions

Bridging Ring Style Tap Changer (42B)

Used as the tap changer to adjust voltage of distribution transformers.

  • 125 and 200AMP,
  • Wall mount and right angle drive,
  • three(3) and five (5) position
  • One(1) two (2), three (3) and six (6) decks
  • 15kV / 110 kV BIL or 46 kV / 250 kV BIL

Motor operated Oil switches (34B series)

Common Center or Bridging style, used for switching position in Testing equipment, distribution, air-core reactor- wind turbine etc

  • 200 to 6500 AMP,
  • 600 volts to 46kV
  • Up to 8 position.
